Aaron Tucker works on the brands below, and takes the occasional machine outside them. Everything below links to a page with the specific faults he sees on that brand and what the parts situation looks like. If your brand or appliance is not listed, call or text and he will tell you on the phone.
The Brands, and What We Take on Each
If the appliance you have isn't on your brand's line, that isn't a no. Call and ask.
Speed Queen dryers are taken as well; there is no separate page for them.
Whirlpool
Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges and refrigerators. The brand Aaron sees most and knows best.

Kenmore appliance repairElectrolux
Washers and dryers. Parts easier to get than the badge suggests.
Electrolux appliance repairAmana

Amana appliance repairKitchenAid

KitchenAid appliance repairRoper
Older washers and dryers. Whirlpool underneath.
Roper appliance repairAdmiral
Older washers and dryers. Whirlpool underneath.
Admiral appliance repairThe One Worth Reading Twice
One brand has a quirk that changes how long your repair takes.
Kenmore: the badge doesn't tell you who made it
Some Kenmores are Whirlpool underneath and some are LG. Yours could be either, and which one it is decides whether the part comes off a shelf in Birmingham or gets ordered. The model number settles it in about ten seconds.
What Customers Say
Every review Aaron has, live from Google, in the customer's own words and under their own name.
Six of These Badges Were Built by Somebody Else
This is the most useful thing a brand page can tell you, and almost nobody puts it in writing. The name on the front of your machine often is not the company that built it, and knowing who did is what decides how quickly your part arrives.
The Whirlpool family
Maytag, KitchenAid, Amana, Roper and Admiral are all Whirlpool-built. KitchenAid is the higher-end line. Roper and Admiral are older names you now only meet on laundry that is ten years old and up. In every case the practical consequence is the same and it is good news: the parts are the Whirlpool parts, and they are easy to get here.
The one that could be either
Kenmore never manufactured anything. It was a retailer's badge, and the machine behind it was built by someone else. In this service area, some are Whirlpool and some are LG. That single fact decides whether your repair is a local part and one visit or an ordered part and two. It is why the model number is the first thing asked for on a Kenmore.
And the ones that are what they say they are
Whirlpool, GE, Frigidaire, Electrolux, LG and Samsung build the machines that carry their names. On those, the badge tells you what you would expect it to.
Why any of this matters to you
Because it is the difference between a repair that finishes on the first visit and one that waits on a part. Whirlpool-family machines and GE and Frigidaire are local parts. LG and Samsung are harder to get, and Aaron says so on the phone rather than at your kitchen table. A Kenmore could be either, and you find out from the model number.
Where the brand genuinely does change your experience, it is not build quality. It is parts. Whirlpool, GE, Maytag, Amana, Roper, Admiral, Electrolux, Frigidaire and KitchenAid parts sit on a shelf at a supplier in Birmingham. Samsung and LG parts get ordered through an online supplier. Kenmore goes either way depending on who built yours.
