Text is genuinely fine and often better, because you can send a photograph of the model plate with it. That one photo does more to speed up your repair than anything else you can do.
What to Tell Us
Four things get you a useful answer on the first call.
Which appliance, and what it is doing
Specifically. Not "my washer is broken" but "it fills, then stops with the door locked." The difference decides which part travels with him.
The brand and the model number
Photograph the plate rather than reading it out. Before We Arrive shows where the plate sits on each machine.
Where the appliance is
A garage, a basement, an upstairs closet, stacked, or built into cabinetry. If the space is tight, a photo of it saves a wasted visit for both of us.
Your town or zip code
So we can tell you right away whether you are inside the area.
When We Answer
Calls and texts Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday calls are usually answered; Sunday goes to voicemail.
If Aaron is behind an appliance when you call, you will usually get a quick automated text saying he will call back, and he calls back before the next job rather than at the end of the day.
After hours, leave a message or send a text and it gets picked up in the morning.
Send It Through the Form
It reaches the same phone. Aaron replies by text, usually the same working day, and asks for a photo of the model plate if you have not sent one.
